Dr. Jennifer Smith is a licensed naturopathic physician specializing in homeopathic medicine (Connecticut license #000146). She is a 1991 graduate of the National College of Naturopathic Medicine (now called the National University of Natural Medicine), the oldest accredited naturopathic medical university in North America. She is board certified as a Diplomate of the Homeopathic Academy of Naturopathic Physicians.

She began her specialty in homeopathy as a student at NCNM under the tutelage of Dr. Ravinder Sahni, Dr. Durr Elmore, Dr. John Collins, and Dr. Steve Albin. She continued her homeopathic education in the USA, Canada, and India studying with Dr. Rajan Sankaran, Dr. Divya Chhabra, Dr. Nandita Shah, Dr. Jayesh Shah, Dr. Sujit Chatterjee, Dr. Dinesh Chauhan, Drs. Shachindra & Bhawisha Josi, Dr. Paresh Vasani, Dr. Mahesh Gandhi, Dr. Rashmi Jaising, Dr. Sudhir Baldota, Dr. Massimo Mangialavori, and Louis Klein.
